Elder Greg Jackson was born in North, South Carolina. He is the oldest of four children. Elder Jackson accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior at the age of 21. In 1983, he started his career in the US Air Force as a Second Lieutenant. In 1984, he married his best friend and the love of his life, Brenda. And in 1985, he accepted his call into the ministry. After 4 years in the military, Elder Jackson and his family were reassigned to San Antonio, TX and became members of New Life Christian Center. He and his wife immediately put their hands to work in the ministry and continue to do so until this day. In 1992, Elder Jackson resigned his active duty commission, joined the Air Force Reserves and became the Principal of New Life Christian Academy. He served as principal of the Academy 12 years until he was recalled to duty after the September 11th attacks. Elder Jackson serves New Life as a Ruling Elder and continues to serve as an adviser to the Academy. Elder Jackson and his family have been a part of New Life for over 26 years. He is still excited to be a part of what God is doing at New Life and considers it a great honor to serve his Pastors who he respects as the greatest examples of integrity in the Body of Christ. Elder Jackson retired in 2011 from the US Air Force Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.
