Is online giving secure?
Yes, all account information you enter is secure. No one has access to your data unless authorized by you.
What is each fund (area of giving) so that I get proper credit?
Tithe = 10% of your income
Offering* = General operations of the ministry
Ranch = New Beginnings Children’s Home and Canaan Land Ranch operations
Feast Days = Pesach (Passover), Shavuot (Feast of Tabernacles), Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Lag B’Omer, etc.
Jehovah Jireh = Contributions to support members during hard times
Toys = Contributions toward the toys for our annual Christmas toy giveaway.
Seed = Contributions specific to blessing those teaching you
Other = Contributions only toward special projects or guest speakers
*Note – If left blank, donation defaults to the Offering.
Why do my recent donations not show under my donation history?
Please note, recent contributions may not appear until the transaction has been posted to the church’s financial records. Online giving will appear immediately and in-house giving can take up to 30 days to reflect on your account. In order to keep proper records we request that each couple create an individual account.
When will I receive an annual donation statement?
You will receive an annual statement by January 31st of each year.
How long does it take for my online donation to clear the bank?
ACH/Checks can take up to 4 business days. Credit/Debit Cards will process instantly.
