The Galilee Prayer Garden was dedicated on March 28, 1999 as a sanctuary of prayer, worship and praise. The 8 foot golden menorah, the embedded Star of David at the altar, and the large replica of the Western Wall are some of the major highlights of this unique area. There is also a Ten Commandments monument, small pond shaped like the Sea of Galilee, boulders mounted with plaques honoring biblical cities in Israel, and benches to sit down and pray, study, meditate, and/or relax. This lovely garden area has hosted numerous outdoor weddings and other church/business events. The structures in place accommodate all events and there is also a large covered gazebo that is wheelchair accessible.
