The New Life Leadership Institute was established in 1995 by Dr. LaSalle R. Vaughn with the vision to commission and license ministers. The mission of the Institute is to educate and train ministers that are capable of witnessing to the world, sharing brotherly love for one another and furthering their relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

The New Life Leadership Institute is a conservative school of Christian theology and ministry that prepares Christians and leaders for service in the Kingdom of God. The Institute exists to achieve the following five purposes:

-          To advance biblical and ministry knowledge and skill.

-          To nurture spiritual growth and leadership formation.

-          To prepare Christians to find their purpose and role in the Body of Christ.

-          To nurture a community and global ministry perspective.

-          To encourage life-long and collaborative learning.

The function of the NLLI is to teach leadership principles to those desiring to grow in that area using workshops and classes to develop leadership character and attributes.

NLLI desires to impart a true sense of commitment, humility and the responsibility to being Godly examples of Christ in its students.  This truth is implanted within each student through servant hood, prayer and the study of God’s Word.

NLLI uses the literature and teaching aids of Pastor LaSalle R. Vaughn and Co-Pastor Portia B. Vaughn to assist in developing ministers.
